You will study here about the basics of economics; processes and trends of the Hungarian economy and the global economy; taxation rules in Hungary; basics of accountancy and finance; economic law; basic skills of submitting applications.

Furnished with these skills, you will be able to start building up your own business or further develop an already existing enterprise. The course provides a general overview of economic processes; therefore it helps you cope with tasks in various fields of the economy.

Logistics is a system approach helping the development of production and service offering and focusing on the practical and theoretical questions of these sunóbjects. In the course the student understands the most important economic concepts and contexts of the distribution processes in complex logistic systems, in addition to the general and applied economics approach. Methodology of Economic Analysis and Auditing

The main goal of the course is to make the students understand the necessity of the economic analysis, make them learn the definition, goals and application fields and methods of the economic analysis. The students also learn the steps of implementation of the economic analysis and the analysis of the production preparatory activities. The students have to be able to implement the analysis of production and sales, to solve the analysing tasks of the resources of the company, and to make an overall and complex analysis of the company. The aim of the course is to enable students to understand the theoretical rules of reading comprehension and reading in the field of communication and to apply them in practice. The goal of the course is to highlight the rights and responsibilities of states as the members of the international organizations, thus the questions related to national sovereignty. During the course we wish to gain the attention of students to the actual activities of the international organizations, and to give them a professional base to the independent evaluation of its management.

Project and Team Management

The main goal of the course is to introduce the basic theories, methods and practical implementation fields of project management and human resource team management. The course focuses on the main knowledge of project management theories, introduces the different types of management methods of project planning and implementation process. Complementing project management theories, the course also introduces the basics of human resource team management and combining it with project management organizational knowledge. During the seminars, students can practice theoretical knowledge during the implementation of a real project and several project tasks.

Students will learn about the concept and practices of money laundering. They will also gain an insight into the regulations of various states including countries in Europe and America to fight money laundering.

Social and Economic Geography: Europe and the Global World

During the course the students will learn about the usual, sectoral and regional aspects of social and economic geography, and about the recent working mechanism of the world economy. The students will be able to understand and differentiate the countries of the world by their development and income level. They will understand and evaluate the actual processes and influencing factors of the economic life and the world economy. They will be able to form an overall picture about the global state and role of Europe.

Customs Union and Customs Policy

The aims of the course to introduce the EU as customs union: EU as one customs territory, inside in the internal market the free movements of goods and services are guaranteed and with the non-EU countries common customs policy is applied. The students learn the EU’s customs policy’s aims, main measures and institutions. They understand the relations between the EU regulations and the related national regulations.
